Manual welding processes MAG/WIG/MIG

Our 15 welders have years of experience in the application of MAG welding, MIG and WIG. Of course we ensure that their necessary certificates are always up to date.

In support, we use for MAG and MIG welding processes our robotic welding system that is ideal for efficient thin-sheet welding. Because of the extremely low energy input, warping is reduced and the welding speed can be greatly increased during the welding of components made of aluminum.

Our resistance spot-welding machine has the following welding values:

• steel carbon content <0.2% 7 + 7 mm
• brass sheet plate 4 + 4 mm
• 2 + 2 mm aluminum sheet
• round steel carbon content ≤ 0.2% 20 +20 mm

In addition, we have expertise for stud-welding with tip ignition.
